Cancellation policy

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your appointment forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

To cancel or reschedule, use your stylist’s booking link or call the salon. Each stylist manages their own appointments.
